Effective October 15, 2026. Updated October 29, 2026:
Welcome to The Investor Table. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of The Investor Table website, membership, dinners, communications, and related services.
By applying for membership, purchasing a membership, attending a dinner, or otherwise using our services, you agree to these Terms.
1. ABOUT THE INVESTOR TABLE
The Investor Table is a membership-based real estate community designed to connect investors, aspiring investors, operators, lenders, brokers, developers, wholesalers, property managers, capital providers, and other professionals connected to real estate through curated small-group dinners.
The Investor Table is currently serving Houston, Texas. Additional markets may be added in the future.
2. MEMBERSHIP
Membership may include:
• Member profiling
• Member matching
• Access to eligible dinner opportunities
• RSVP communications
• Table assignments
• Restaurant coordination
• Dinner reminders and updates
• Community access
• Opportunities to meet other relevant members
Membership does not guarantee attendance at any particular dinner, a particular table composition, a specific number of attendees, or an introduction to any particular person.
Dinner availability may depend on participation, capacity, geography, scheduling, restaurant availability, and other operational considerations.
3. DINNER SCHEDULE
Dinners are currently scheduled every other Wednesday at 7:00 PM.
Dates, times, restaurants, table sizes, and availability may change when reasonably necessary.
Members will receive applicable RSVP instructions and dinner details before each dinner.
4. FOOD AND BEVERAGES
Membership fees do not include food, beverages, gratuities, parking, transportation, or other restaurant charges.
Members are responsible for paying the restaurant directly for their own purchases.
The Investor Table is not responsible for restaurant pricing, service, food quality, dietary accommodations, allergies, individual billing disputes, gratuities, or other restaurant-related matters.
5. MEMBERSHIP FEES AND RECURRING BILLING
Membership is offered on a recurring subscription basis.
The applicable price will be displayed before checkout.
By purchasing a recurring membership, you authorize our payment processor to charge the payment method you provide at the applicable recurring rate until your membership is canceled.
Promotional, introductory, or founding-member pricing may occasionally be offered.
Membership pricing may change in the future. Existing members will receive notice of material pricing changes when required by law.
6. CANCELLATION
Members may cancel their membership at any time through any available account-management method or by contacting:
concierge@theinvestortable.club
Cancellation prevents future renewal charges but does not automatically create a refund for amounts already paid, except where required by law.
7. REFUNDS
Membership fees are generally non-refundable once charged, except where required by law or where The Investor Table determines otherwise.
Missing a dinner, declining an invitation, being unavailable for a particular dinner, or failing to RSVP does not automatically entitle a member to a refund.
8. RSVPs AND NO-SHOWS
Because dinner tables are intentionally assembled around expected attendance, members should respond accurately to RSVP requests.
If your plans change after confirming attendance, you agree to notify The Investor Table as soon as reasonably possible.
Repeated confirmed no-shows, disruptive last-minute cancellations, or misuse of the RSVP process may result in reduced access, suspension, or termination of membership.
9. MATCHING AND INTRODUCTIONS
The Investor Table may use information provided by members to help determine dinner groups and table assignments.
Matching factors may include:
• Real estate interests
• Experience
• Goals
• Geography
• Current needs
• Available resources
• Professional services
• Skills
• Capital
• Deal flow
• Previous table assignments
• Potential mutual value
The purpose of matching is to create relevant introductions, not necessarily to group similar people together.
Matching is inherently subjective.
The Investor Table does not guarantee:
• Compatibility
• Business opportunities
• Investment opportunities
• Transactions
• Financing
• Partnerships
• Friendships
• Clients
• Deal flow
• Investment returns
• Any particular outcome from an introduction
Members are responsible for independently evaluating every person, opportunity, service provider, transaction, and investment they encounter.
10. NO INVESTMENT, LEGAL, TAX, OR FINANCIAL ADVICE
The Investor Table is a membership and networking community.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, The Investor Table is not acting as an investment adviser, broker-dealer, securities broker, attorney, accountant, tax adviser, lender, fiduciary, or real estate broker in connection with membership or dinner introductions.
Statements, opinions, opportunities, or representations made by individual members are their own.
The Investor Table does not endorse, approve, verify, or guarantee any investment, offering, property, sponsor, operator, loan, professional service provider, or transaction discussed by members.
Members should perform their own due diligence and consult appropriate professionals before making investment, financial, legal, tax, or business decisions.
11. MEMBER CONDUCT
Members agree to:
• Provide reasonably accurate profile information
• Treat members, guests, staff, and restaurant personnel respectfully
• Follow the Code of Conduct
• Comply with applicable laws
• Avoid fraudulent or misleading statements
• Avoid misrepresenting credentials, experience, investment history, assets, capital, or opportunities
• Respect other members’ privacy and boundaries
12. SOLICITATION
Business relationships may naturally develop through The Investor Table.
Members may discuss businesses, services, deals, investments, and opportunities, but aggressive, deceptive, repetitive, or unwanted solicitation is prohibited.
The Investor Table may suspend or terminate members whose behavior materially diminishes the experience for others.
13. PHOTOGRAPHY, VIDEO RECORDING AND PROMOTIONAL USE
The Investor Table may photograph, film, or record audio at its dinners and related events. By attending after receiving notice, and unless you have opted out, you authorize The Investor Table to capture and use incidental, non-featured images or recordings in which you appear for event recaps, the company’s website, social media, and promotional content, including paid advertising where permitted by applicable law.
You may opt out of being photographed or recorded by emailing concierge@theinvestortable.club before a dinner or telling the event host or photographer when you arrive. We will make reasonable efforts to avoid deliberately recording or publishing identifiable images or recordings of attendees who opt out. If you discover a photo or recording featuring you that you would like us to review, contact us at that address. We will review your request promptly, although copies already shared or republished by others may not be fully retrievable.
For a prominently featured identifiable person in paid advertising, a filmed interview or testimonial, or a use of someone’s name, voice, or likeness that implies a personal endorsement, The Investor Table will seek additional express permission when appropriate. Attendance does not require anyone to give a testimonial or appear as a featured spokesperson, and this section does not replace any separate written media release.
14. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
The Investor Table may use third-party services for restaurants, payments, website hosting, forms, email, SMS, analytics, automation, and other business operations.
These third parties operate independently and may have their own terms and privacy policies.
The Investor Table is not responsible for the acts, omissions, products, security practices, or services of third parties.
15. PERSONAL SAFETY AND PROPERTY
Members participate voluntarily and remain responsible for their own transportation, personal belongings, alcohol consumption, personal decisions, and interactions with other participants.
The Investor Table is not responsible for lost or stolen property or for independent interactions between members outside activities organized by The Investor Table.
16. MEMBERSHIP ELIGIBILITY
The Investor Table may accept, reject, suspend, or terminate membership when reasonably necessary to protect the community, prevent abuse, comply with law, or maintain the intended member experience.
Membership is personal and may not be transferred without permission.
17. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The Investor Table name, logo, branding, website content, written materials, systems, and other proprietary materials belong to The Investor Table or its licensors unless otherwise stated.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or commercially exploit these materials without authorization.
18. COMMUNICATIONS

Message and data rates may apply to SMS communications.

19. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Investor Table and its owners, managers, affiliates, contractors, and representatives will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from membership, dinners, introductions, member interactions, investments, transactions, or third-party services.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, aggregate liability arising from your membership will not exceed the membership fees you paid to The Investor Table during the six months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
20. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Investor Table and its owners, managers, affiliates, contractors, and representatives from claims, liabilities, losses, damages, and reasonable expenses arising from your unlawful conduct, violation of these Terms, violation of another person’s rights, or transactions you independently enter into with another person.
21. CHANGES
The Investor Table may modify its services, dinner schedule, membership structure, pricing, operating procedures, or these Terms.
Material changes will be communicated when required by applicable law.
